What we collect
When you join the Clarigenic pre-order list, the only information you give us is your email address. We also note which signup form on the page you used. Our form provider adds some technical details automatically (see below).
Where it’s stored
This site is hosted by Netlify, and pre-order list signups are collected and stored with Netlify’s form service. When you submit the form, Netlify also records standard technical details with the submission: your IP address, browser type (user agent), the page you signed up from, and the time. Netlify automatically screens submissions for spam, which may include passing them to its spam-filtering provider (Akismet). We use these details only to keep the list free of spam, and we periodically export the list and delete old submissions from Netlify.
We don’t use advertising trackers or third-party analytics on this site.
How we use it
We use your email only to send you updates about Clarigenic and Tri-Clear, such as when ordering opens, with pricing and ship date.
What we don’t do
- We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address.
- We do not share it with anyone except the service providers we need to run this site and send email (our hosting and form provider, Netlify, and its spam-filtering service).
Unsubscribe or delete your data
To be removed from the pre-order list, or to ask us to delete your email address, email hello@clarigenicskin.com and we’ll take care of it. Every email we send will also tell you how to unsubscribe.
